Reading Notes:

Review chapters 7, 8, and 11, focusing on how we know about the Pleistocene Ice-Ages

Focus on feedbacks involving ice-albedo, ocean currents, terrestrial biosphere, and carbon cycle, and the section on paleoclimate records.

Focus on orbital forcing and its connection to the carbon cycle (“The Oceans Breathe”)

Focus on how we know about what climates were like long before people had thermomenters and other ways to measure climate.
